Southwest Ranches estate tied to ‘Divo de Juárez' to list for $38.9 million — Coral Gables Real Estate news

A sprawling 10-acre estate in Southwest Ranches is coming to market for $38.9 million, a price that would make it the highest-priced residential listing in West Broward, according to the listing representatives. The property, located at 13920 Stirling Road, was formerly a residence of the late singer known as the “Divo de Juárez.” The estate includes a five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom main house as well as a separate three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence. The property also has a private clubhouse villa and a separate spa amenity house. Across the 10 acres are private lakes, koi ponds and two swimming pools, including one with a custom 10-foot rock-jumping wall. Clusia hedging surrounds the property, while a custom lighting system illuminates its pathways and lakes at night. The grounds also feature a professional NBA basketball facility. Plans for the property include a seven-stall barn and oversized paddocks, with access to miles of Southwest Ranches riding trails. Southwest
