A South Florida family wants justice after police say a driver hit a woman while she was walking and killed her in Fort Lauderdale. The woman was trying to cross the westbound lanes of West Sunrise Boulevard Wednesday night, when the person driving an AMG Performance, Coupe-style, black Mercedes hit her and kept going, Fort Lauderdale Police said. The woman died at the hospital. She was identified as Dominique Greene by family members, who told NBC6 on Friday that she was a daughter, cousin and mother to a young boy. Greene’s father told NBC6 there were people who witnessed this hit-and-run, and he s asking for their help. As detectives search for the driver, the family hopes the photo released by police is the clue that brings them some answers. Police said the car will have damage to the front grille area and the front right headlight, and may have possible damage to the right-side windshield and A-pillar.  Anyone with information regarding the suspect vehicle
