Matt Donovan update: Dad says he’s talking with his eyes open

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) Terry Donovan continues to provide updates on his son, Matt, who suffered a brain injury during a football game on September 19 at Mayville State. On Saturday, he says he was able to talk to Matt while he had his eyes open. He is not yet fully awake, but they were able to get him to look into their eyes when asked. Because of a few setbacks, Matt is still at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo. The family s hope is to move him Monday to a rehab center in Nebraska.
