The family of a woman who was killed on Saturday after a tree fell on a home in Pensacola after Hurricane Isaias touched down is speaking out. At least three other deaths were linked to the storm, including another person who was killed when a tree fell onto a home in Alabama. Nearly 700,000 customers were without power by midday, and forecasters warned that flooding could stretch into the southern Appalachians. It was news nobody wanted to receive right after a hurricane. The Family of the woman who was killed told NBC6 that she was lying next to her husband when the tree fell on their house. When first responders arrived, she didn t have a pulse, and she was unconscious. NBC6 spoke to the woman s stepson about what led to this moment. My dad got smashed under the tree.
